Wentao Liu runs this store from Elizabeth Street in the Melbourne CBD. City kitchens are short on space, so the range is portioned, labelled and stacked to fit a normal freezer drawer.
The range stays narrow on purpose: lobster, prawns, squid and clams. Each line is here because it freezes and cooks well, not to fill a catalogue. Operating from Melbourne's city centre, we pack restaurant-style frozen seafood for small kitchens and apartment freezers.
What happens to your order
Seafood is packed with gel ice in an insulated liner, labelled with species and net weight, and dispatched with tracking. We process orders in 1 to 3 business days and estimate delivery at 7 to 14 business days depending on your postcode.
Why frozen, not fresh
Frozen at the right moment, seafood keeps the texture that a display counter loses within a day. It also lets us ship from Melbourne to any Australian address without asking you to sit at home waiting for a delivery window.
